Lycoming VO-435A1F 260HP 6-cyl eng. 40.4 hrs TT, 4 wheels, disc brakes on main wheels, 3 blades & fully articulated rotor head. Completed Phases 1 & 2 flight testing no inherent problems found. 

CASA CofA, no flight restrictions. Logbooks. Leather seats, carpet & hood lining. 7-page Odyssey glass panel, redundancy on all instruments, LED landing & tail lights, ELT, backup battery for glass panel. Built with the advice & assistance of a LAME.
