    Description
Clean and always professionally flown. No accident history. No flight school history. Complete logbooks. Absolutely well done panel with Aspen 1000 PFD (Synthetic Vision) coupled with a Touch screen Garmin 750 (WAAS) Comm/NAV and Garmin 430 (WASS) secondary. Newer STEC 60-2 autopilot with Altitude select. A well laid out IFR platform with WAAS LPV coupled approaches and back up instruments. Panel was recut and labeled giving the overall feel of a newer aircraft. Passengers and fellow aviators will are impressed. Aircraft equipped with 170 gallons tanks. Two wingtips, Aux and 2 wing lockers giving you a range of 1020NM. With a useful load of 1900lbs and amble interior space, this aircraft can carry a full load and fuel for most destinations. With the Colemill conversion (I0-520 285HP) engines you have an excellent single engine climb performance fully loaded giving you safety of mind with your flights. Interior was new in 2002 and paint was 2004. Its always been hangared so both are in excellent shape. As of 4/31/21 there are 28 310’s for sale and have this priced to sell. I have researched every 310 on the market and this 310 is very clean for the value. I have attached the spreadsheet summary of every 310 for sale currently for you to compare this 310 to others. Feel free to email me for a live copy of the sheet. I also included a Grade based on what information I could get from listing, price and value on a scale of 1-10. 1 low, 10 high. Anything above 5 in my view is a good looking aircraft for price. This was my first 310/Twin aircraft. I bought it for my business and to build multi-time to qualify for insurance requirements to fly corporate jets. I am now flying the Citation Jet now and have very little time to fly the 310 and have elected to put it up for sale.
