The paint is in good condition and shines very nicely. The white is very bright and the colors look great.

The carpet is in very good condition and the seats are in great condition with the Mooney logos embroidered into the back of the seats which looks very classy. The interior plastic is fairly white and in good condition. The headliner is coming loose in a few areas and the interior panels appear to be original and show some color fading. The fabric seal around the door appears to be original and shows signs of wear. The dash is in good condition and the glass is tinted and is very clear. The panel is brand new and really looks great with all of the new avionics that were just installed in July 2020.

Next Annual: 10/01/2021 Useful Load: 855 lbs. Usable Fuel: 52 gal. Ownership History: We purchased this plane from an elderly gentleman from New Mexico who wasn’t flying the plane enough to justify his ownership. Damage History: No know accident damage. Maintenance History: Engine logbooks complete SMOH, Prop logbooks complete SMOH, Airframe logbooks complete sine 9/20/2004. The Airframe logbooks prior to 9/2004 are missing. All of the existing logbooks are in good condition. In-flight Report: I was able to achieve over 140 kts. true air speed all the way home.
