    One of the nicest low time, no major damage, (elevator skin replacement 2014) 600A's on the market.  the aircraft has had impeccable maintenance with a fresh annual completed in February 2021 by Mullens Aviation in Labelle, Florida.  Has been owned the last 5 years by meticulous A&P/IA.  Complete set of hard back maintenance / parts / extra POH mauls (see photos).  In addition there is a York gus lock and partial aircraft cover.  The aircraft has been kept in the  owners' private residential/home hangar at Pine Shadow Airpark.  I sold this Aerostar to Mr. Kelley 5 years ago.  It is one of the nicest Aerostars that I have operated.
