    Description
    Bought this aircraft a few months ago with the idea of forming a flying club. This is not happening anymore for personal reasons. The aircraft has no damage history, mostly a family plane, and kept in a dry climate for the most part. The aircraft has no corrosion, no hail damage, ADS-B out, and complied with all AD's. All logbooks are complete and available for review. It has a Lycoming 360 A4A engine with 180 hp compressions cyl #1 74/80 #2 75/80 #3 74/80 #4 76/80 last check 01/27/2021. SMOH 760, Prop SNEW 730, TT 5335. Note: times might change due to aircraft being flown. The aircraft has the basic avionic instruments as follows;  Garmin GDL 82 ADS-B, 2 KX 170b radios, GTX 327 recently upgraded, Sigtronics SPA 4S intercom. I have done some maintenance and inspections since I have it everything is notated on logbooks. Delivery available if needed. The aircraft is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
