(1000 kg) Dry Chassis Information: Optional - Can be mounted on most any chassis made in the world. Tank Information: Any Size - To be quoted and compatible with the chassis Flow Capacity: 300 GPM pumping system w/single wrap hose reels, (1) underwing & (1) overwing hose reel. Hoses/Nozzles: (1)- Single wrap style underwing electric rewind hose reel with 20m of 2” aviation hose, hose rollers and single point nozzle with 45-PSI HECV and (1)- Single wrap style overwing electric rewind hose reel with 20m of 1-1/4” aviation hose, hose rollers and OPW 295 series nozzle. Control Panel: Aluminum, hinged swing open control panel will be mounted on the driver side of the refueler and will contain: Nozzle pressure gauge; pump pressure gauge; PTO activation light, deadman activation light and touch screen monitor. Electric panel is also hinged and swings up and includes stabilizing shocks to hold door in the up position. Pump: 3” Gorman-Rupp centrifugal pump, driven by a transmission mounted Hot Shift PTO. Also included is a pump bypass valve. Pressure Control: Primary pressure control is hose end pressure control valve set at 45 PSI (HEVC). Secondary is inline control valve. Controls: CAN bus system with Touch Screen monitor: Our touch screen display is multi- purpose and allows for ease of operations. All electrical components are 24-volt. Automated PTO Engagement System: An automated PTO engagement system is provided to activate the PTO when the nozzles are removed or the deadman control is activated (this system reduces wear on the pump, decreases operator involvement, and improves safety). Meters: 1 Liquid Controls meter with Electronic register head. Register will read out in Liters or US Gallons and will have a light. Register will also provide rate of flow. Additionally we have included as our standard a large digital display which allows for easy site to identify the amount of fuel dispensed. Filtration: 300 GPM Filter/Separator built IAW EI 1581 with air eliminator, pressure relief, differential pressure gauge with test button, spring return drain line valve and sample ports (inlet and outlet). Piping: Schedule 5 stainless steel pipe rated for 150psi Testing: Unit will be tested for leaks and unit will be flow tested prior to shipping. Unit is built in accordance to JIG 1 Issue 12, NFPA 407 and ATA 103 Safety Features: Static reel with 20m of cable and bonding clamp; brake interlock system; break over-ride system; engine kill/emergency shutdowns (2) and fire extinguishers (2). There will be lights at the control panel, filter vessel and 2 spot lights on in front and one in the rear. Drains and Sense lines: All drain lines and sense lines will be made of braided Stainless Steel. Drains shall incorporate a spring loaded ball valve to prevent accidently draining of system and include camlock dust caps on all drains and sump lines. General Items: these items are included in the base unit and shipped lose or installed in new build Interlock: Lights and switch for brake interlock and override.
