    The aircraft was completely redone for the owner for purposes of traveling safely over mountains, water, and forest (hence two engines).  However, circumstances have changed (went to NetJets) and he is no longer using it for those purposes.  It was redone to be what a new turbo Seminole would be if manufactured by Piper today.  Prior to his purchase, it was a one owner west Texas aircraft hangared and based at KSJT.
