The aircraft is in excellent condition with new paint, interior and windows, new propeller and only a little over 60 hours since engine overhaul with all associated paperwork and the owner can see no reason why the aircraft would fail any pre-purchase inspection which is welcome. The aircraft is scheduled to be placed on the US FAA register as N22JG. Note: comparable (in terms of condition anyway) rebuilt Cessna 185 aircraft being sold by Bushliner of Granite Falls WA for prices starting at $489,000! We can provide copies of logbooks (airframe since 1995), original (as N4700Q) FAA registration and airworthiness documents and various other forms and documentation. This aircraft has never been operated on water. The owner is looking for an offer very close to the asking price of $298,000 US Dollars excluding shipping if required by container from Thailand to your desired destination. The aircraft is not currently equipped with ADS-B In but the seller’s organisation in Thailand is a Garmin authorised agent/installer and can fit ADS-B In for $2000 and a Garmin Autopilot for $12,000 US Dollars. The aircraft is based at Nong Khor airfield Si Racha District, Chon Buri about 42 km north of the town of Pattaya. For the purpose of aircraft inspection and due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, the seller is willing to send aircraft in a shipping container to buyer once sale amount is placed in escrow.
