The best Commander 114 on the market! This airplane is priced below the current market for a quick sale. Reasonable offers are welcome. Complete and meticulous records, including all manuals, are available upon request via Dropbox. This aircraft was the factory's demonstration model in the late 1990s. A google image search for the tail number will turn up another picture of it at a general aviation conference in Las Vegas when it was brand new. It has only had two owners since the title left the factory, both of which had meticulous maintenance and records and both of which lived in dry, warm climates. The low total time on this aircraft shows. The avionics upgrades were done in 2014, with all new wiring and new pitot/static plumbing.
