Description
Wrecking Model C with 2 low time engines. Engines were flooded and subsequently water proofed. They need a bulk strip to be able to use remaining time. Approx 350 hours per side used with Hartzell props with 350 hours used also = 1350 hours left to run. This model had Lycoming IO 540 engines that had external normalised turbos. Cruise was 175kts and 205 kts at 18,000 ft. Had a 30,000ft ceiling with turbo switches you could turn off for practicing asymmetrics. Turbos had seperate oil tanks for safety. Engines would suit RV-10 or similar. Can be used with or without turbo system.
Includes a model E nose, Long range Horner tip tanks, Newer starter motors, Newer electronic mags, Larger dorsal fin, flap gap seals, updated throttle quadrant, updated circuit breaker panel and mag switches, 6 place oxygen with large oxygen tank. With all mods it had a VMC below stall speed. Leather grey interior with front and middle seats sold, new window trims and new windows. Location Murwillumbah North NSW Australia. Can remove items and engines yourself or we will pull engines or parts and ship. Aircraft also available as a whole.
