This is a good, solid airplane. I flew around 150 hrs last year and it was only down for maintence once. It has around 2000 hrs on the engine. out of 2400 hr TBO. Useful load is around 460 lbs, but I flew often with two 200 lb guys and two hours of fuel. Engine runs good and burns a quart of oil every 4 hours or so. It has a light IFR panel, but doesn't have pitot static check. Upgrades Whelen landing light and tail beacon B&C oil filter adapter Auto Gas Stc Stratus ESG ADS-B Out It has all logs since new. It is currently in annual, and I am doing a JPI 730 engine monitor, split cowl STC, new windshield, and wing and control surface paint. The interior is original but still in good condition. The paint is a little rough, but I am currently fixing that. This is a good time building aircraft, burns 5 gallons an hour and handles really good. It has been hangared for the past year. The airframe is solid with no corrosion. I can send more pictures if someone wants them.
