    Description
The F model is the lowest cost MU2 to own and operate. N18BF is recently out of a 100 hour, 1 year/10 year inspection. In addition to the inspections just completed I had both FCUs overhauled, the left engine driven fuel pump overhauled and the recent prop lever control linkage AD completed. IFR certification is good through April 2023. The next “big” airframe inspection isn’t due for 2500 hours! N18BF might be the lowest time MU2F in the world and presents as “like new”. Over the past 3 years she has been painstakingly updated with a new interior, new paint, several new windows, the addition of the Avidyne 550/540 combo with synthetic vision, GTX345 ADS-B transponder, Sirius XM and more. She has been Factory Service Center maintained for most of her life and for the past 5 years has been in the excellent care of a long time MU2 expert. The instrument panel, subpanels, circuit breaker panels and power lever quadrant all look like NEW. Logbooks have been transcribed and digitized on PlaneLogix and are available upon request. TPE331-1. The left engine was installed on this airframe in 1990. It’s most recent hot section inspection was completed by Intercontinental Jet Service Corporation in 2003. During this hot section all 3 turbine wheels and stators were replaced with new zero time components which should result in a very inexpensive hot section when next due in just under 800 hours. Both the FCU and engine driven fuel pump were just overhauled

TPE331-1. The right engine was installed on this airframe in 2011 by Intercontinental Jet Service Corp. It’s most recent hot section was completed by Georgetown Jet Center in 1996. It has almost 1100 hours remaining until the next hot section inspection is due. The FCU was just overhauled. The earliest logbook entry for this engine dates to 1980 when it underwent an overhaul by Airesearch, the manufacturer.
