Description
1946 Aeronca Champ 7DC. A classic, like the 7AC Champ, but with an electrical system that powers nav lights, a fixed radio, fixed intercom, electrical starter, and interior light. Always hangared, fabric in excellent shape, metal prop, C85-12F engine with 85 HP, low-time. Stromberg carburetor with leaning control. Brand new Scott 3200 tailwheel.
9350 TTAF, Engine 583 SMOH. Certified aircraft with logbooks.
In summer 2021, we did an extensive inspection and improvement of the electrical system, afterwards we added a radio, a fixed intercom, and the capability to install a remote transponder. We then replaced the original nav lights with new Whelen LED lights, and installed a remote transponder. At sale, the original nav lights will be reinstalled (at no cost to you) and the remote transponder will be removed.
Valid annual, last done 31 July 2021.
Price is 36,000 USD (again, not including the transponder or LED lights, which will be replaced with the original nav lights. If you would like to keep these items, we can discuss terms.)
Located at CST3, near Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
