    Sold, Sold, Sold! 1989 Mooney TLS Bravo (Wet Head Conversion), 575 SMOH - Pacific Continental Engines Zero Time equivalent, KFC150 AP with Flight Director, Altitude pre-select, vertical speed select and altitude hold. GTX345 provides ADSB In & Out (displays on 530W and Bluetooth to PDA), Hot Prop, Inflatable door seal, Radar Altimeter, glass is in terrific condition and the original paint is very presentable. There are some localized paint cracks and peeling (mostly on cowl flaps and by dip stick access). Back seats, carpet, baggage area and hat shelf look good. Front seats show some wear, but no rips or tears noted. Sheep Skin Covers are included for the front seats but were removed for picture documentation. The glareshield could use some TLC. The logbooks present well (see logbooks in Service Logs section). The plane shows pride of ownership and regular maintenance. Owner purchased a Mooney Acclaim. N253TM has been based in Alpine, WY, and is now in the Broker's possession at Bullhead City/Laughlin Airport (KIFP). Note: A 3 year/ 600 hour Piston Power Engine Coverage Plan will be included with a full price offer, pending qualification (waiting on oil sample return. Borescope and compression completed Nov 5th.)
