    Description
Professionally and fully restored to like new condition using factory blueprints. New spar, struts, fabric, brake upgrade, fuel lines upgraded, all hoses, wiring, new Millennium cylinders, interior, headliner, shoulder harnesses added. I wasn't around in 1947 to see a knew one, but I imagine this is about as close as you can get. About 1450 hours total time and all logs back to factory test flight. The McDowell starter was removed by previous owner before restoration and not replaced. Pants available but not restored. What is the catch? Restoration was completed in 2011 and owner lost his medical in 2014. Been inside an insulated hangar during and after restoration. Passed my extensive pre-buy inspection, but you should do your own, of course. Airworthy now but out of annual. Current price is for the aircraft as is. Serious buyers only. (A Chief is a side-by-side Champ with yokes instead of sticks. No electrical system. Hand prop it to start it.) Scanned Logs Available Upon Request. Text first as my phone will not ring for unknown callers. Located at F53 Franklin County, Texas.
