Description
History:Supermarine Spitfire XVI SL721 was built taken on charge by the Royal Air Force in August 1945. It became the personal aircraft of Air Chief Marshall Sir James Milne Robb, a World War I pilot and Commander-In-Chief - Air Forces Europe after World War II. In 1967, SL721 was purchased by an American and shipped to the United States where it was based and flown until 2002 when it was purchased by its current owner and flown to Canada.
