Prop New ground adjustable TJD had a heavy landing just after completing its test flying in Wanaka, I purchased it off the insurance company and have completed the accident repairs, including new front landing gear, new propeller and prop extension, engine removed and checked by the NZ Jabiru agent. I had TJD checked by a aircraft engineer and have completed 20 of the 22 items identified for repair, only some very minor work is needed which can be done by the owner, then will require reinspection and possibly re test flying, this would be required at the discretion of CAA. Depending on the prop pitch settings the book says a cruise speed of 130kts (230kph). Buy now for less than the price of a new motor and prop.
