I am selling a redone 1963 PA28-235. New in 21 Lycoming Factory Rebuilt Engine 2 hours since install. Installed 12/21 with 2 year warranty. New carb and new mags. New paint Knots 2 U Wheel Pants installed New interior New glass Replaced in 20 New tires New battery Avionics work done including panel mounted Garmin Aera 660, Garmin 225. A Garmin 327 was installed and a Garmin 347 audio panel was installed. Tailbeacon was installed to by ADSB compliant. New Led landing light 2019 New starter The plane has had both spar AD’s complied with. It has 3800 factored hours so bolt AD does not apply. Corrosion AD was done and no corrosion was found. This plane spent most of its life in AZ. 7200 TT 2 SFMR The plane was uniquely manufactured with factory o2 although the tank needs to be certified. The plane also was fitted with a ski locker in the tail. It will hold skis, fishing rods or guns nicely. The plane has overhead trim and a hand brake. Very simple to fly. Complete logs. No history of damage.
