Description
One of the last true 700's out there. This is the second to last Aerostar ever made and is in impeccable shape. The original owner of this aircraft was the CEO of Piper himself. You will be impressed with the condition of this aircraft and how everything works in perfect order. Owner upgraded to a multi turbine but has kept this plane flying over the past year with 136 hours in the past 12 months. Professionally flown and operated. Fresh annual August of 2021. This aircraft is still from the 80's. There is light sign of wear on the paint in certain areas but still looks like a champ pulling up. BRAND NEW PANEL with Garmin 10.5" G600 nxi, GTN750, G530, and a Garmin radar in the nose. Beautiful install by Flight Deck Avionics out of SLC. Annuals and majority of MX has been completed by The Flight Shop in KBMC who specializes in Aerostars. This is truly the fastest multi-engine piston ever made. Do not let the 600P with conversions fool you, this is the aircraft that focused on every aspect aerodynamically to eliminate drag. In the low to mid 20's pulled back to 32" MP this aircraft will do 245-250kts and if you were to utilize more power you will see 260-270kts on a standard or less than standard day.
This aircraft has A/C, certified flight into known ice, and amazing weather reading capabilities. This FIKI does well with the ice and the A/C blows ice cold.
