For Sale by Owner. This updated Cherokee Six has recently been restored with a new interior, new insulation and a new upgraded panel. This aircraft has an amazing useful load of 1615lbs and holds 84 gallons of fuel with an average fuel burn of 12-14 gallons she has lots of range. We love this aircraft but moving up to a newer Piper Mirage. This aircraft is very easy to maintain and is in excellent condition for cross country flights. I have owned and operated this aircraft for four years and it has taken me and my family safely on many long-distance trips. This is the perfect airplane for a family of 4-6 with a useful load of 1595 lbs. The annual was completed on 11/21/21. All log books since new are available.
