For sale by owner. Maintained since day one of our ownership by Jim Richards at Aerodyme. Jim is a Commander guru and is the FAA designated engineer for the fleet. Nothing spared in maintaining her during our stewardship. A few highlights: REMAN Lycoming engine with the upgrade of Jim's twin-Slick magneto STC. Now with @120 hrs on it. FULL Aerodyme empennage reinforcement work per Jim's STCs. Engine cowlings re-fiberglassed and heat shields added. Reseal of right fuel tank this past fall. Air struts for both doors and baggage compartment. IFR certified, with extensive avionics panel upgrade to Garmin 430 WAAS w/FlightStream 210 link to Foreflight on iPad - ADS-B in and out - Garmin GMX200 map display - JPI 900 engine monitor, HSI, and annunciators added for (5) functions: GS capture for Century III 2-axis autopilot / stall warn / gear warn / fuel pmp 'on' / gear pmp 'on'. Plane started life with Germany dealer, so it has co-pilot side avionics. Always hangared by 1st US owner (Detroit) and now us. Paint '8'. Interior '7'.
