I bought this plane from Jim Carter on eBay and he embellished about the flying condition of this plane. The engines were supposed to be in working condition but they both ran up hot and the mechanic would not ferry permit the plane. There is documentation that the Right engine is zero time and the left engine is 1800 TBO. I am willing to entertain all offers. I ran out of money so I can no longer proceed with the project.

Airframe is solid with 4400tt no corrosion all ADs complied according to log books. This airplane sat for 5 years my current mechanic states there is no corrosion. I ran out of money to keep going on this project. The guy Jim Carter who sold it to me did some very unethical things when he sold it stating it was flyable. It was not and we are entering into a law suit with him. This plane needs to be considered a project and is being sold as is where is.

IO-540-S1A5 S/n#(R) L-13182-48A S/n #(L) L-13172-48A Right engine has 1800 SMOH and the Left engine was overhauled 3 years ago with Zero Time. Logs for Left engine are missing and I only have a receipt from the field overhaul parts company. This plane was sold to me stating it was in ferry condition. That was not the case. My mechanic is saying that both engines need to go to the shop for inspection becasue it has sat for nearly 5 years
