    2012 Super 18 Turbo Cub The Super 18 kit is an FAA approved experimental Homebuilt aircraft that uses all of the Dakota Cub certified and or approved components. The kit serial number 112911-1 and includes two DC14394-EXT-L-Slot wing assemblies right and left. The fuselage is the Super 18 Turbo Cub 4-inch wide body fuselage from Airframes Alaska part number AF18W and serial number AF18083 - the fuselage includes all of the Alaska mods and reinforcements. The fuselage stands on a heavy duty 3-inch extended gear with 1.5-inch axles. The wheels are 6-inch Cleveland with double puck brakes and 31-inch AK Bush Wheel tires. The tail surfaces will include the Doug Keller horizontal stabilizer with round rudder and elevators. The wings are the Dakota Cub Slotted wing with Atlee Dodge 30 gallon tanks, and Doug Keller fowler flaps. The wings have strobes and a landing light in each wing that are flashed by a pulse light system All lights are LED.
