The TITAN™ ARFF vehicles continue that tradition of excellence. E-ONE’s TITAN™ 4x4 exceeds industry standards with both safety and comfort in mind. CABIN STABILITY AND VISIBILITY The cabin is designed to withstand unsurpassed frontal impact and static roof loads. All welded construction using aluminum extrusions and 3/16" plate to meet SAE2420, SAE2422 and ECE-R29 compliance standards. The cabin’s features include: • Outstanding visibility with “cockpit” styling and overhead and large side view windows. • Seating capacity large enough for a crew of four • Ergonomically and centrally located vehicle controls and displays SUPERIOR ACCELERATION AND RELIABILITY The TITAN™ 4x4 is powered by an EU Stage IV compliant, 670 horsepower Scania™ DC16 engine combined with a Twin Disc TD61-1179 six speed transmission / transfer case offering a smooth ride, superior acceleration and reliability. MAXIMUM PUMPING EFFICIENCY The TITAN™ 4x4 pump is driven by a Twin Disc 8MLW-1758-1 power divider / torque converter for maximum pumping efficiency. A separate enclosed pump module offers more efficient flow characteristics and allows for greater ease of service and maintenance.
