This stunning aircraft is classified in the experimental category but was produced in the Lancair factory in USA so has been built to a very high standard. It is a four seater aircraft with plenty of room in the back for luggage.It cruises all day at 150+ knots. Fitted perfectly for people who under 6ft. The Lancair was purchased by us because of its great speed, economy, great range and long distance ability. The wing tanks alone provide >7hours endurance, but we also have two removable bladder tanks which can be purchased separately that would allow travel to Fiji and back without any need for a refuel. Our family has enjoyed many holidays travelling in absolute comfort all around NZ. She comfortably gets in and out of 600m strips (such as Raglan) so is a very versatile aircraft. It has relatively low hours at 476 hours and the engine and prop have both done 538 total time since new. The aircraft is equipped with a Grand Rapids Technology HXR EFIS system including dual colour EFIS screens, a 2 axis autopilot and a flight director etc. Other avionics include dual Nav/Com's Apollo/Garmin CNX80 and SL30, a Garmin GTX335, ADS-B transponder, PS Engineering PMA7000, Auto control panel......+ more. This aircraft is a very cost effective and attractive alternative to a Cirrus in terms of both maintenance and operating costs.If you're looking for an aircraft that is fast, economical, has enormous range and most importantly is great looking, this could be the one for you. Ideal to sell in Australia or New Zealand. For any oversea buyer will have to arrange logistic arrangement and cost.
