When I bought the plane I thought it was going to be me and the plane forever, but now I'm engaged and I'm saving up for a house. It's currently airworthy and seaworthy, and I fly it about once a week. Definitely a lot of fun on the lakes around San Antonio. I'd be happy to see it go to a good home. Currently it is based out Bulverde Airpark north of San Antonio. I have complete maintenance records dating back to its construction and initial flight tests, a day-by-day journal made by the builder during construction, complete set of plans, and the condition inspection won't be due until January 2023. Airplane is registered as Experimental. New propeller, new engine mounts, new tires, new seats, new carpet, and refurbished radio. I took good care of this thing. I am a current instructor, and informal flight training and ferrying services are negotiable. Engine is a Lycoming O-320-E2D; 225 hrs SMOH
