is 1969 Bonanza 36 has been owned by the same owner the last 17 years and has taken extremely good care of this plane and has upgraded it over the years. It was painted in 2011 in Chino with a custom scheme, and the interior was redone in 2004. Tornado Alley Whirlwind II system installed in 2011. Gross weight increase to 4000lbs. Everything works! All AD’s complied with at the last annual. All logs complete. Will be sold with a fresh annual from Camarillo Aircraft Service’s Rick Fleck. This airplane was featured on the cover of several magazines and books including Beechcraft Magazine, and the FAR/AIM 2019 edition!
