Die Votec 322 wurde von Andreas und Ildiko Brauchle mit Unterstützung durch MSW Aviation in der Schweiz gebaut und registiert. Es kann auch in einem anderen EU-Land zugelassen werden. Seit Bau wurde kein Halterwechsel vorgenommen. Das Flugzeug kann je nach Konfiguration sowohl als Reiseflugzeug als auch als Akrobatikflugzeug (+- 10G) verwendet werden. Für den Kunstflug kann das Fach für den Gepäckraum demontiert werden und die Flügeltanks dürfen nicht betankt sein. Die ergonomische Sitzposition erlaubt nebst Kunstfug einen hohen Komfort während dem mehrstündigen Reiseflug. Das Flugzeug ist ebenfalls für die Kunstfluginstruktion geeignet, da doppelte Instrumentierung und Sitzposition hintereinander. Das Flugzeug wurde immer hangariert und wurde noch nie beschädigt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Anteile vom Flugzeug zu erwerben. Das Flugzeug ist im Hangar in LSZF domiziliert und kann auch dort gewartet werden. For aerobatics, the baggage compartment can be removed and the wing tanks must not be fueled. The ergonomic seating position, in addition to aerobatic flight, allows for a high level of comfort during several hours of cruising.
