The hours are incredibly low on this aircraft, and it has lived in Colorado its entire life. Dry climate makes for a clean airframe! The engine was removed from this aircraft to undergo a prop strike inspection following a prop strike to uneven ground. Unfortunately, the crack rejected during the inspection, but the crankcase is good and certified. Ultimately, the direction you take this airplane is up to you.
