The most famous active PBY-5A Catalina is for Sale. This globally admired Warbird has thrilled audiences at airshows and community events throughout New Zealand for the last 28 years. This unique Catalina has never been a waterbomber and is equipped with 16 passenger seats. In the time it has operated in New Zealand its waterborne operations were on fresh water lakes. This special aircraft deserves to continue as a flying memorial to the Catalina crews who served during WWII and to continue the education of these brave and heroic crews.
