    Description
    1971 Cessna 172 L  10,116 TT, 2088 SMOH. Full IFR (6 pack). New carpet, new sidewalls and refurbished plastic. Seats are sun faded and the front seats have seat covers. Aircraft has hail damage on top of wing and horizontal stab, doesn’t affect airworthiness.  Paint is in good shape on most of the airframe, some normal wear on the leading edges, windows are all good. Engine has good compression and has new rubber fuel lines, oil lines replaced. Rocker covers all have new gaskets and all the rocker drains have new rubber lines. Annual is complete being signed off September 1,2022. Excellent airplane to build time or use to get ratings.
