AVIONICS
Garmin GDL82 ADS-B, Dual Narco MK 12 D TSO Digital Nav Coms with a Narco AT150 TSO Transponder, Narco CP136 Audio panel, King KLN 90B TSO ELT with new battery and no AD.
MODIFICATIONS
Flanagan Spar strap with steal truss. Tip Tanks, Brackett air filter, Beryl D'Shannon one piece windshield, Beechcraft long 3rd window with newer tinted glass on compete plane installed by Beryl D'Shannon. Cleveland wheels and brakes, Horizon instruments digital tachometer & engine hourmeter. New style panel. Solid-state prop controller. New style tail cone, plus many more mods.
NO CORROSION! The Annual was completed 9/2021 everything works: All ADs have been done with the heater recently overhauled IFR Pitot-Static system transponder, altimeter and automatic altitude encoder current.
INTERIOR / EXTERIOR
The Paint is in amazing shape, always hangared since painted rated a 9 of 10. White base with gold/grey accent stripes. The interior is in great shape rated an 8 of 10. The modern panel is more ergonomic than the original retro Bonanza panels
ENGINE / MODS/ PROP
The Engine is a Continental E-225-8. 515 Hours since overhaul by Cruiseair Aviation, Inc.
The Propeller is a 215-107/215-213-84. 515 Hours since new.
REMARKS
This is one of the first 500 Bonanzas ever built, as evidenced by the serial number. The quality and care of the workmanship is fantastic. Photos speak for themselves as this plane is gorgeous. It looks and flies like a 10 year old plane.
All logbooks are present since new in 1947 and to date in order with receipts and manuals. Electronic version as well. It is a very inexpensive plane to fly. It uses 10-11 gallons/hour and is very easy on oil consumption. Plus the tip tanks allow for longer flights when desired with a total of 54 gallons usable fuel.
Recent (Summer 2022) updates include: New 8-ply Tires. New Velcro removable Carpet. ALL LED Exterior lights: NAV/Strobes, Landing Lights, and Tail beacon. New Cover with embroidered N Number.
