    Excellent value, low hours Bonanza ready for building hours. Flies great, no corrosion. ADSB, Glideslope, traditional 6 pack. Dual yoke is great for training complex, high-performance. Interior new front seats, back seats old. Original interior upholstery needs some restoration. Solid old bird in need of a new home. No damage history. Last overhaul was 9/21/1987 and not IFR certified currently, needs pitot static certification for the IFR cert. Presently hangared in Caldwell, Idaho, KEUL. 2440 Total Time, SMOH 438 hours, Prop 227 SMOH. Annual 2/21/2022
