I bought this airplane 8.5 years ago, and it has been pretty low maintenance and reliable. It has been hangared this entire time (and for most of its life I think). Panel was upgraded to G3X in 2020, and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. Total time is approximate (the airplane is still being flown).

Engine is an O-360 with dual P-MAGS with ~1360 hours: Oil consumption is stable at 1 qt / 6-7 hours, I have never seen any metal in the filter Oil analysis reports are also stable. The only real problem I had with the engine was a stuck valve at 950 hours. All guides were reamed at that time and there were no further problems. There is an oil seepage at the crankcase halves that was there since I got the airplane (at around 900 hours), but it hasn’t gotten worse. Will probably stay there until the engine is overhauled. Compressions were 70+ at the last inspection (cold)

Not sure when it was painted, but it's probably time to do it again. 5/10
