I am selling this airplane due to the untimely death of the owner. I am managing the sale of the airplane on behalf of the late owners wife. I've flown the airplane extensively with before his passing and without the owner. It's a fast, solid, reliable airplane. The owner bought it at the end of 2021 and put it through an extensive annual. He babied this airplane from then until the end of June, 2022, when we lost him in an accident. It's very snappy, hauls a lot, and has that solid Beechcraft feel. Annual was completed in March 2022. I am a full-time professional flight instructor. I'll be glad to provide a ferry flight and transition training to the new owner as needed for my standard day rate plus travel expenses.
