    Socata TB20GT in "better than new" condition.  Two owner aircraft. Only 295 hrs since new.  New 3-blade Hartzell Scimitar prop in 2019. Lovingly refurbished by current owner sparing absolutely no expense (full list of items accomplished available on request).  Full Airframe, Tail and Windshield TKS de-ice system.  Gorgeous new paint in 2019 by Airtime (UK).  All ADs complied with.  No damage history.  Aircraft always hangared. Great Avionics upgrade by current owner including Garmin GTN750 and GTN650, Garmin GTS800 active traffic integrated with GTX345 ADS-B in/out transponder and much, more (see below for more info).
