1965 Hiller UH-12E Helicopter (N1523T). Aircraft is excellent condition and is being regularly used for aerial treatment to control mosquitoes. No damage history. Current Airworthiness Certificate. The aircraft has dual Standard/Restricted Category. Aircraft is being sold without insecticide application equipment. The aircraft is maintained per FAA Part 91 with annual inspections. All logbooks are original, complete, legible and organized. The logs will show that the aircraft has been well maintained with 50/100 hour and/or annual inspections done on schedule and defects are corrected as they occur. It is current on all FAA and manufacturer ADs. The aircraft is always hangered when not in use.
