    Clean straight flying 1975 185F on Aerocetts. IO-520-D, ACTT: 10835, ESOH: 5, PSOH: 5 Selkirk interior, extended baggage, six seats with 6 place intercom, useful load 1089lbs. Former 135 with complete and extensive logs. In annual as of 1/2023 with less than 5 hours on zero timed engine mount, engine, mags, governor prop and numerous other items firewall forward. Total tail disassembly with bearings and tail spring replaced, jack screws inspected and tail AD complied with (inspected with no corrective action required) during annual.  This is not a hangar queen or show airplane and she does have well documented repairs on damage history. All work done by Southeast Air and Sea.
