    Aircraft owned and operated last 28 years by private owner. Very well maintained and always hangared. Excellent paint and well equipped cockpit ready for any mission you might have for it Interior is in very good shape; one club seat has been removed but is available and goes with airplane. It matches all other seating. Annual inspection completed 8/2022, IFR cert done at same time.

    The 70 was Introduced in 1968. This aircraft is similar to the A65 in that it is powered by the 340 hp Lycoming IGSO-480. However. it has the more extended wing of the 80 series. This allows the 70 to have a higher lifting ability than the 65 but a lower fuel bum than the 80. It is, essentially, an A65 with the B80 wing. Its gross weight is 8,200 lb, and useful loads can be as high as 2,400 lb. Production ended in 1971.

    Props were removed at last annual and sent to repair facility where anti-ice boots were removed due to peeling. Both propellers were resealed and repainted at that time.
