The aircraft’s tail section did require a repair after the incident. See airframe log entry dated March 20, 2016 at Hobbs 1082.5. Bartelt Aviation and Airframe Components by William inspected Energy Aviation’s repairs and found some issues with the work that was accomplished and determined that it needed to be corrected.
