    By way of serial number, this was the 6th to last Piper Comanche 260C (PA-24) ever made before the Lock Haven plant flooded. PRICE INCLUDES $22,750 set aside in our LLC bank account for a new engine. It has nearly all the safety and speed mods available and is very solid and dependable. Complete Logs, No Major DH, excellently maintained, IFR Certified. The LLC has a VERY thorough operating agreement for the aircraft ownership and we have an excellent "smart ledger" that tracks expenses and hours for each owner, so it is very clear who owes what and when. This ledger includes an hourly rate for using the aircraft that is easily recalculated as prices and needs change to ensure we are always putting money aside for the various aspects of ownership and avoid financial surprises. The actual fixed monthly cost we pay is $753.03 for each of the 2 owners currently. This covers annual taxes, tie down, bank loan, annual inspection, the LLC annual report filings, an "unexpected/miscellaneous" fund, Garmin GPS subscription, insurance (assuming instrument rated and experience), and a fund for washing/detailing the aircraft. The $74k list price is the total amount of $45k + taking over a loan amount of ~$29k with 14 years remaining.
