Description
1. OEM Pilot and Mechanic Training Services
a. Pilot-in-Command Aircraft Qualification Course (~30 hours) for up to four (4) pilots
b. Columbia Helicopters 107-II Maintenance Training Course (~120 hours) for up to ten (10) mechanics
c. Training schedule will be coordinated between Seller and Buyer and will be performed at Seller’s location or as agreed upon by the parties.
d. Students for either program must be proficient in English and qualified as pilots or mechanics/technicians in accordance with the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration or the equivalent regulatory authority. Successful completion is dependent on the student attending a minimum of 95% of all course sessions. A performance-based evaluation will be administered by a Seller-qualified instructor prior to course completion, in which the student must demonstrate proficiency. Upon successful completion of the training, Columbia Helicopters will issue a Certificate of Completion to the student.

4. One (1) Year Subscription of Type Certificate and Continuous Airworthiness/Safety Support
5. Up to 1,000 Engineering Support Hours for One (1) Year
Buyer would also be responsible for the cost of Aircraft delivery and export, and any taxes applicable to the sale of the Aircraft.
