Description
Very well cared for, hangared, and IFR certified MXT7-180A. Plane is hangared at KLGB and flown regularly so times will change. TT 2000.7, SMOH 676. Annual completed in March 2023 by OCR Aviation in Long Beach - very detailed; compression, 77/80, 78/80, 76/80, 77/80. Carburetor, Mags rebuilt, brakes & full fluid flush, Oil lines replaced, Prop Balance, steering stabilizer rebuild and Airbox rebuild were all within the last 6 months. Dual G5s, GNS 650 and GTN 430 (Both WAAS), along with AERO 660. ADSB in/out. Interior is original but in good shape and clean. Exterior is very good, with a recent ceramic coating over the paint. Long Range tanks - over 7 hours of endurance at <8GPH cruise. VGs, - an excellent flier with oversized tires. Four place Coms - ALL logbooks, original POH along with manuals on hand. Logbooks are being digitized and will be available shortly. Full AD compliance report part of paperwork package. Ready to go and nothing needed.
