Gear up landing in Feb 2018, ENGINE CHANGED TO FACTORY REMAN AND NEW PROP INSTALLED 3. Prop strike in Dec 2020, ENGINE TEAR DOWN AND NEW PROP INSTALLED The aircraft was sent to the Mooney Factory Service Center for a complete review and vetting from March 2024 - September 2024. The Mooney Factory Service Center was given full authority by the original owner to resolve ANY ITEMS found during a "TIP to TAIL" Review.
