Gulfstream Astra No. 47. A, B and C checks completed March 2023 by JDM Services LLC. New tires all around, new brakes right side. Interior/exterior in excellent condition, reupholstered pilot and copilot seats, large internal storage and lavatory with functioning sink. For long-distance/duration flights, seats in club area can convert to beds. Bigger cabin, faster, longer range, more luggage and fuel capacity than most competitive Cessna models, with approximately the same operating costs. Long-range tanks (not currently installed) provide 3000 NM range. No damage history, no Part 135 operations, no known issues. Current owner, manager, pilots and mechanics available to address questions, and aircraft available for personal inspection and flight. All systems up. Aircraft currently flying with existing owner.

Seven Passenger Seating consisting of Seven ERDA individual seats and aft belted lavatory seat for eigth passenger. Configuration is aft four place club, with two individual seats facing each other on right side of cabin and aft facing seat aft of galley. Individual seats are beige leather, cabinets are high gloss Bubinga wood veneer. Almond ultr leather headliner and custom wool carpet in light brown. LH mid galley with removeable galley annex (not installed), storage closet on left side of lavatory. Storage drawers behind co-pilots seat. Galley equipped with microwave oven, large countertop, coffee hot pots and storage. Aft fully enclosed lavatory with full vanity, and storage closet. Lav seat is belted and certified for takeoff and landing. External service for Lav.
