    Description
Unique opportunity to acquire a 1931 Curtiss-Wright 12W bi-plane lovingly restored to beautiful flying condition. This aircraft has been restored for practical use with judicious updates and modifications without compromising its classic features. Multi-year restoration completed in 2004 and meticulously maintained since. It is in excellent flying condition and has flown 110 hours since restoration. Designed as a high-performance training aircraft by Herbert Rawdon and Ted Wells. Originally built as a CW-12Q Sport Trainer, its original engine was subsequently replaced by a Warner Scarab S50 145HP 7-Cylinder radial in 1970, thereby changing its designation to a CW-12W and increasing its MTOW to 1800 Lbs. Original registration: NC352M (subsequently NC370N and N370N prior to importation to the UK in 1981).
