Description
Holy Cow... An Air Conditioned SR22 with an Aspen PFD and DFC90 Autopilot for under 250K?!? See it and BELIEVE IT! This one is chock full of so many upgrades and improvements and is regularly flown and expertly maintained. Look no further for a headache free Cirrus!
With installed air conditioning in the G1 market, this 3-owner Cirrus is truly a rare find! Always hangar stored. No damage history and complete logbooks. Current owner has owned the plane for the past two years and 250 hours and is now looking to upgrade. This plane has seen nothing short of great utilization and solid Savvy-managed maintenance. So many elective maintenance and TLC items have been completed.
This nicely-appointed SR22 features a fantastic useful load of 1044 lbs with aftermarket Keith AC and boasts some great avionics upgrades, including a Avidyne DFC90 Autopilot, Dual WAAS Garmin 430W GPS/NAV/COMs, Aspen Pro Max EFD 1000 Flight Display with Synthetic Vision (SVT), and a Garmin GTX345 ADS-B In/Out Transponder.
CAPS Rocket Motor, Chute Repack, and Line Cutters all replaced late 2023.
DFC90 installed and new nosewheel and nose strut fairings replaced December 2023.
Many more recent upgrades and replacements... see full specifications list for details.
Compressions are all solid (#1: 66, #2: 57, #3-6 are all in 70's). Both the current and previous owner have kept the plane enrolled in SavvyAnalysis Pro to keep a close eye on engine health and the current owner has utilized Savvy's managed maintenance program to ensure top notch tip-to-tail care. As an early Cirrus with no flight meter, true engine time conservatively still well under TBO in reality after factoring in average taxi time. Between regular borescopes, good compressions, routine oil analysis, and Savvy monitoring... an overhaul is not something that should be considered a must for quite some time. Buy and fly yourself into some serious instant equity by taking advantage of this healthy, great performing engine! Recent TLC includes NEW main battery and primary alternator, both replaced late 2025.
If staying cool and comfortable with great useful load and excellent SR22 performance is what you are after... call us today to make that owner, YOU!
