C-GFZA Cessna A185F SN 18503084 The airframe is in overall condition is fair with some paint peeling on the wings and control surfaces. Aircraft hasn't flown since 2020. Aircraft is currently on floats with landing gear and wheels included. A separate review and general condition report was completed by Accumark Aviation AMO #65-15 on June 15, 2023. Cessna A185F 1.AD- 2020-21 -22 inspection of horizontal stabilizer attachment structure for cracks and corrosion in the tail cone reinforcement angle stabilizer hinge bracket due and applicable. 2.AD- 2008-12-24 Inspect alternate static air source selector valve No record of compliance – needs to be done 3.AD 2022-03-15 fuel quantity indicator – fuel quantity disparity 4.The engine log for the Cessna 185 was not among the technical records, however should go in for corrosion inspection and repair as it was installed in April of 2002 due for corrosion inspection at overhaul facility every 10years, engine has surpassed the required 10-year corrosion inspection which has to be done at an approved overhaul facility. 5.Fuel tanks need to be removed, probably rejuvenated. 6.Fuel cap mods need to be done. 7.horizontal stabilizer, trim jacks removed and checked for wear which requires removal of elevators, rudder,horizontal stab and vertical stabilizer. 8.The propeller has 2 years left on calendar, due for corrosion inspection / full overhaul in 2025. 9.Interior/cosmetic deficiencies (not affecting airworthiness of aircraft) 10.CF-1987-15R4 – Needs to be checks ( seat locking mechanism ) 11.Hydraulic, fuel, all lines due for 10 year inspection/replacement 12.fairings missing 13.Seatbelts needs recertificaton 14.Floats need extensive work: Bushings are worn, float rigging worn, patches in floats. Wings should be reskinned, Cracks in tops of wings all over with diamond patches Control surfaces have patches From the logbooks the following is provided subject to verification and review by any prospective purchaser. Aircraft is being sold "as is where is" due to an estate settlement. A ferry permit could allow for plane to be flown from current location if it was converted from Floats to landplane.
