Complied with Aerostar service bulletin by replacing Main fuel, Fuel Pressure and Oil pressure lines behind firewall and ahead of main spar with new heat shielded hoses. 
Replaced Hydraulic line from Driven Pump to fuselage 05/19/2021. 
Altimeter, static and transponder test new ELT battery due date 07/26.
Replaced Left gear down micro switch 06/16/2021.
Replaced with overhauled turbo right side left engine 11/01/2021.
Replaced nose wheel strut seals 12/31/2021.
Replaced with new Cleveland disks and new brake pads 04/13/2022.
Repaired FC813A flight controller, CA-814A computer amplifier 05/23/2022.
Installed two new aircraft batteries 12/31/2022.
