    ACTT 585. Always hangared, condition inspected Aug 2023, IFR cert done Oct 2023, Performance Aero Continental IO360 6CYL Dyno'd at 230HP, 205 KIAS at 10 gal/hr, 82 hrs since built in '09. Overhauled with Heavy Case, Crank, New Camshaft, New Cylinders. AirWolf remote oil filter/air-oil separator, New MT 3 Blade C/S Prop. Quality construction, 68 gallon fuel capacity(4 tanks). 4 seat interior, strobes, LightSpeed Electronic Ignition and Magneto, Updated landing gear, fresh overhaul of nose gear strut, Garmin 300XL, Stratus TXP and ADSB in and out. VERY FAST, efficient, and handles beautifully. This aircraft, after the high performance specially built engine install in '09, has been flown by a professional pilot and retired Navy SEAL.  This plane is not for the feint of heart and requires a pilot of considerable skill and experience.  The owner is willing to provide transition training to the right next owner.
